Mirchiwalla Return & Refund Policy

(aka: The Rules of the Mirchi Cartel)

At Mirchiwalla, we put the heat, soul, and swag of Indian streets into every jar. But hey if something ever goes wrong, we’re here to make it right (minus the drama, plus the masala).

1. No Stress, No Tears Just Drizzle

If your jar arrives broken, leaked, damaged, or looking like it fought a WWE match just send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it.

2. Wrong Product? Wrong Flavour?

If we accidentally send Goa when you asked for Nagaland our bad. Share a picture + your order ID, and we’ll fix it ASAP, on us.

3. Change of Heart?

Since Mirchiwalla is a food product, we don’t accept returns once the seal is opened. (We love you, but we can’t take back a jar that’s already gone on a Maggi adventure.)

Unopened jars can be returned within 5 days, as long as the packaging is intact and the jar hasn’t been used, opened, shaken, sniffed, or stared at too lovingly.

4. Refunds


Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. If you paid via UPI, it’ll drizzle back into your account. If you paid via card, the bank might take a bit longer (banks move slower than our chilli oil flows).

5. Missing Items?

If your order looks like someone stole a jar mid-transit, tell us. We’ll track it down or resend the missing itemsbecause theft of chilli oil is a serious crime in our books.

6. The Human Touch
